Essential oils are a very powerful addition to any healing process. I was finding that “talking about problems” is really only half the battle and that finding a way to take care of the physical body can be a huge catalyst to improving mood and deepening a spiritual practice. Just like a spiritual practice alone is not enough to treat emotional instability, neither can understanding and being aware of problematic patterns create sustained healing. We need a natural and safe solution that can be experienced on a physical level. I have found that pairing my coaching services with the use of essential oils strengthens the healing process.
